Message	what I think too. I was surprised that I burned through because I had done 5 with good results and my technique was the same. And as far as a "hack job", it wasn't. I was sculpting and blending and it looked factory. I will take this plenum to a machine shop and have them weld in some aluminum, finish that out and see how it looks before I start on another plenum. I put so much time into polishing that I just can't walk away from it without trying to salvage the work. Thanks for the encouragement.
